A sleep mask is a salvation for those who like to fall asleep in pitch darkness. Comfortable, soft mask "Panda" will be a good gift as a nice night accessory. Following the simple steps, make a mask for yourself or as an exclusive gift.
For work you will need:
• Sewing machine.
• Black, red and white threads for sewing.
• The needle.
• Good scissors.
• Thick black fabric.
• Cotton white fabric.
• Sheet of paper A 4.
• A pen.
• Tape measure.
• Thick black elastic.
• Black inlay.
• Safety pins.

Procedure
1. Make a pattern. Draw an oblong shape, as shown in the photo, about 9 cm wide and 21 cm long. Fold the sheet in half and carefully cut a symmetrical pattern.

2. Lay the pattern on a black cloth. Pin with safety pins and cut. Do the same on white cloth. If the black fabric is too thin - cut a few more of the same blanks to fold them in layers.

3. Cut the same part from a white cloth.

4. Cut three pairs of circles of different sizes for the eyes of the panda and a small circle for the nose.

5. Sew large circles on the sewing machine.

6. Sew medium-sized circles.

7. Sew small circles for the eyes and nose. Sew a mouth with a red thread.

8. Sew together the two parts of the mask.

9. Measure and sew the elastic.

10. On the sewing machine, sew the tape on the inside of the mask.

11. Turn out the inlay and sketch it along the contour of the mask.

12. Stitch the trim on the mask on the front side.

13. Cut two circles of black fabric with a diameter of 4 cm.

14. Fold the circles in half and sew the edges with an inlay.

15. Sew the ears to the mask. Done!
