- Salty dough
- Universal second glue
- magnet
- Acrylic paints
- tassels
- Varnish for coating the product
- Foil or baking paper
- A jar of water
1. On the foil or baking paper we sculpt an oval. Flatten it.
2. We make a circle and also flatten it. We attach a circle to the oval.
3. We make small balls and attach them to the future face. The ears of the monkey are ready.
4. Sculpt the torso. To do this, roll out the oval and attach it to the head.
5. We attach handles and legs to the body. Roll out the "sausages" and attach to the body of the future monkey.
6. Using a brush and water, align the joints of the parts.
7. Dry the product. For a quick result, you need to bake the product in the oven at a temperature of 100 degrees for 2-3 hours.
8. When the figure is dry, it is necessary to paint it. Both acrylic paints and gouache are suitable for this. But it is worth noting that gouache can spread under varnish. We cover the whole figure (back and front side) with brown paint.
9. We are waiting for the brown paint to dry, and begin to paint the details. It is best to draw with a thin brush (number one or two). With light orange paint we draw a muzzle, ears and a stomach of a monkey.
10. In light brown color we draw fingers on the paws. Draw white eyes.
11. With black paint we draw a mouth, a nose, a belly button, eyebrows and pupils.
12. Red color the language.
13. With white paint we draw a bow monkey.
14. After the white paint has dried, we draw red peas on it.
15. If you are sure that you can make a neat outline, you can black out the eyes, face, ears, bow and monkey’s tummy.
16. When the paint dries, cover the figure with varnish. For shine, you can choose glossy acrylic varnish.
17. It remains to stick a magnet on the second glue and the original gift is ready!
