Is Mother's Birthday Coming Soon or Ahead of International Women's Day? It is necessary to prepare in advance for a significant event, or rather think about a gift for your beloved women. Of course, fresh flowers are always a relevant and sought-after gift, but sometimes there is simply no way to buy them. So let's make a card with unusual colors that will surely attract the attention of others.

We will get away from traditional colored paper, felt-tip pens or plasticine for creative lessons, and work with fabric, yarn, cardboard and buttons.
So, for the card "Vase of Flowers" we prepare:
- cardboard
- multi-colored pieces of fabric
- buttons
- PVA glue
- yarn for hand or machine knitting
- scissors
- stapler with metal staples.

So, first we compact the cardboard sheet for the base of the postcard. To do this, bend the sheet in half to highlight the fold line. We got a cover for the book. Next, attach the paper to the fabric selected for the general background of the postcard, and cut off the piece we need with allowances of about 1 cm.

Wrap the edges of the fabric inside the book cover, where we fix them with braces. A stapler is best used on cardboard corners. So we grab and fasten two edges of the fabric at once.

Now close the cover and reapply the stapler, but already in the middle of each of the four sides of the card. The foundation is ready.
Next, we cut the yarn into strips 3-4 cm long. Additionally, we cut three circles from cardboard. We will stick yarn on them - flower petals.

We put PVA glue on the circle and put the threads in several rows. Close the middle with a small button. When the glue is completely dry, it will become transparent. The appearance of the flower will instantly change for the better.

Now we cut out the buds from the red cotton fabric.

To prevent the flower vase from looking too mottled and pretentious, cut out a rectangle from cardboard or a regular landscape sheet, with smaller dimensions than the base of the card. From the lace fabric we decorate the vase itself. Since gluing lace is a tedious job, we recorded the result of creating a vase with staples.

Now, like a mosaic, we put all the details in a postcard. First, we simply try on the arrangement of flowers and buds, and then we fix them on paper using PVA.

A wonderful postcard turned out. Now you don’t need to worry that mom will be left without a gift for his birthday. Nobody will present such a card to her anymore.
