Structure:
- 1 cup (200 g, faceted) premium flour;
- sweet cow butter - 200 g;
- 3 cups ground oatmeal;
- baking soda (extinguish with vinegar) - 0.5 tsp;
- sugar - about 0.5 cup;
- 2 large eggs + egg yolk for lubrication;
- seeds for decorating cookies.
Cooking:
1. Grind "Uvelka" oat flakes on a coffee grinder or on a combine. Pour the ground mass into a pan for kneading dough.
2. Divide cold butter into small cubes and add to oatmeal.
3.Next, pour sugar.
4. Sequentially add the flour sifted through a sieve mug.
5. In the dough, break the eggs in the above quantity.
6. Put out tea soda with table vinegar and pour to the rest of the ingredients.
7. All compound products thoroughly mix with a wooden spoon. The mass will look like a very thick viscous dough.
8. Grease a baking sheet with any odorless oil and lay out cookies carefully with a tablespoon soaked in hot water. Be sure to leave a small distance between them. Grease with yolk and decorate with seeds. In the process of baking, the dough perfectly increases, the cookies turn out to be magnificent.
9. Put the bake in a preheated oven (175 degrees). As soon as the cookies become bright golden (17-20 minutes), remove and cool.
