  • - mint leaves - 3-4 pieces.
  • - garlic - 2 prongs.
  • - green onions and dill - a bunch.
  • - sugar - a teaspoon.
  • - salt - 1.5 tablespoons.
  • - black and red ground pepper - a teaspoon.

Cooking sequence

1. Wash the cucumbers. Fresh cucumbers from the garden are well suited. Cut the stalks and places of the ovary flowering.

2. Put the cucumbers in a plastic bag. You should make sure in advance that the bag can accommodate all the cucumbers.

3. Add salt and sugar. Add pepper. It is good to use mixed peppers.

4. Wash the dill and onions. Chop the necessary greens with a knife. Use only fresh grass. Frozen greens will not give the desired appetizer taste. Prepare mint leaves. Chop the garlic with a knife. Put all these spices in a bag with cucumbers.

5. Tie the bag on top of the knot. Shake everything with quick hand movements. Pickles should be in a cool place. The top shelf in the fridge is good. From time to time, cucumbers need to be removed and shaken. To prevent leakage from the bag, take a bowl and place the bag with all contents in it. Salting time is 3 hours.

6. Fragrant, slightly spicy cucumbers can be eaten.
