This article is written for those who have accumulated a lot of electronic and broken trash at home, and it's a pity to throw out. Everything went to me for nothing and from this homemade work I only won.

And so I had Explay headphones and a Prolife BT55 stereo Bluetooth headset. The headphones, as can be seen in the photo, had no wires, and the headset wheezed speakers. As a result, I decided to make one of the partially working things fully functional, and even the right one.

We disassemble everything. A screwdriver was not needed - on the latches. We remove the remnants of wires from the headphones, and from the headset we unsolder the speakers and temporarily the battery to pull out the wiring from the case.

As a result, the field of parsing and sawing off unnecessary parts of the case, we still have a block of buttons and a filling from the headset.

Now we need to adjust the button block to the headphone housing. It turned out to be very simple. Having removed the cover with the name, I found that the space under it in diameter almost coincides with the button block, you just need to remove the partition.

Having unscrewed the filling, I processed the case to fit the lining.

And tried on the headphone case.

So that with soldering the mini - usb charging socket, I decided to make a small adapter with mini - usb to the socket from the nokia mobile phone. The socket fits very well in the former wire hole.

I also drilled a small hole for the microphone.
After installing the board in place and fixing it and the parts to the hot glue, what you see turned out.

Front view. Then he made a small jamb. When drilling the microphone hole, the headphone housing touched the cartridge a bit, but this is not at all noticeable.

As the glue cooled, the speaker itself soldered and closed the case.
Soldered the battery and the second speaker.

As everyone soldered, snapped the case, put the foam pads on, put on charging to check and see that everything works (the indicator lights up red)

Since the headphones are folded and regulated with the wire, I decided to leave it as it is, just throwing it behind my head with the headphones on. I’ll also add that the sound has become several times better and more than one and a half times louder than it was with the headset. All buttons and the microphone work fully, which is very pleasing.
