Funny spines

Perhaps the most difficult part in cooking is cooking for children. Indeed, every detail is important for them, yes, and the kids have special requirements for the appearance of the dishes on offer. They need everything to be beautiful, interesting, fun ... One such recipe is in my home collection. My kids nicknamed this dessert "funny thorns." How this name is suitable, you can decide for yourself.
To make funny thorns you will need:
- two eggs;
- a pinch of salt;
- one glass of flour;
- a quarter cup of sugar (or a bag of finished powdered sugar) for decoration;
- vegetable oil.

Beat eggs slightly with salt.
Add flour and knead cool dough. Roll it out into a thin layer and cut into strips nine to ten centimeters long and a half to two centimeters wide.

On one side of each strip make a “fringe”.
Minimize to get something like a brush.

Put in boiling oil just a little bit so that the dough “seizes” (the main thing here is not to overcook, otherwise the thorns will turn out to be dry and tasteless).

Ready spikes "dry" with paper towels, and then place on a plate. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar from the sugar crushed in a coffee grinder.
