Required Products:
1. Chicken fillet - 1 pc.
2. Chicken egg - 1 pc.
3. Mayonnaise - 50 g.
4. Vegetable oil.
5. Breadcrumbs.
6. Salt, pepper.
Step by step cooking:
1. Wash the chicken fillet and cut into not very thick plates.
2. Gently beat them with a hammer so as not to fall apart.
3. Beat the egg in a bowl, adding a small amount of salt. Then add mayonnaise and beat well again.
4. Each piece of pepper and salt to taste, let it soak for 10 minutes.
5. Dip chops first in cooked batter, and then breading.
6. Fry them in a hot frying pan with vegetable oil until a crispy golden crust forms.
7. Cool a little.
