Today there are different designs of fences. And one of them is a picket fence - vertically arranged strips (pins) that are attached to horizontal slats.
The slats themselves are mounted between pillars, which can be concrete, brick or made of natural stone.
In this review, the author shows how to make concrete fenders for the fence. The technology is simple - it can be used to build a fence in the country or on the territory of a private house.
The main stages of work
The first step is to prepare a metal mold for pouring concrete or cement mortar. The inner surface of the mold must be greased with oil so that the solution does not stick.
At the next stage, we knead the cement mortar and pour it into the prepared form. In the solution, it will be necessary to put steel bars (for reinforcement).
Next, set the required number of shtakets in the span between the concrete pillars. First, just store them in one “pile”.
A concrete rail, the ends of which will be inserted into the holes in the posts, will need to be threaded into the hole in the posts.
After that we set the fences with the same distance from each other strictly vertically. We fix them with a special wedge, after which the remaining cracks need to be repaired with a solution.
The lower part of the plugs must be rigidly fixed with a cement mortar belt.
