In this review, the author shows how to make a simple clamp. But not manual, but with an electric drive. As a drive, you can use a screwdriver or drill.

To manufacture the clamp itself, you will need a piece of a profile (square) pipe, a pair of nuts, a stud with a diameter of 8-10 mm, as well as a small segment of a round steel pipe.

First of all, cut a piece of profile of the desired length, and cut out two "petals" of a triangular shape, which then need to be welded together.

In the place of welding with the help of a grinder, the author makes a slot for fixing the wire. As a result, we got the "body" of the clamp.

The main stages of work

At the next stage, it will be necessary to weld a regular hexagonal nut inside the clamp body (see photo below).

Next, you will need to drill a hole in the back of the clamp and grinder to cut part of the side walls of the profile pipe. Then the author welds a handle from a round pipe.

Well, then it remains only with the help of a grinder to clean the welds. Next, we insert a piece of a stud into the drilled holes, one end of which needs to be inserted into the cartridge, and you can tighten the wire clamps.
