First of all, the author cuts 20 mm thick plywood into blanks of the right size. And then from them it will be necessary to make the basis for angle grinder.
The main stages of work
At the next stage, the author attaches two furniture rails to the plywood blank. Then it will need to be fixed on the platform, which is located on the base.
After that, the master attaches another piece of plywood to the workpiece with the guides using a loop, to which the Bulgarian will be attached.
Next, on the side of two plywood blanks that are connected with a loop, you need to screw the spring. In a small workpiece, you need to drill two holes for the mounting bolts. Then the Bulgarian herself is attached.
In the end, it remains only to make two emphasis for the workpieces: one perpendicular and one angular.
