After repairs in an apartment, private house or cottage, unnecessary scraps of sewer and water pipes often remain. From this "good" you can craft something useful for a home workshop or garage.

For example, you can make a budget and, most importantly, a practical shelf for storing various small things: bolts, nuts, self-tapping nails, etc. The idea is cool, the implementation itself is very simple, so everyone can make such a shelf.

First of all, seven blanks with a length of about 6-7 cm will need to be cut from the plastic sewer pipe. To do this, you can use a grinder with a cutting disc or an ordinary hacksaw for metal.

The main stages of work

At the next stage, the master cuts out seven round blanks from the plywood sheet to the diameter of the pipe, which will be used as the bottom. However, it is much easier in this case (so as not to do too much work) to use ready-made plastic plugs.

Next, in each section of the sewer pipe, you need to drill holes: for attaching the bottom and clips. Two clips are attached to each blank.

A small piece of a polypropylene pipe with corners at the ends acts as a rack. It is screwed to the cabinet wall or wall, and then boxes from the sewer pipe are attached to it.

You can see the detailed process of manufacturing a budgetary shelf for a workshop or garage from pipe scraps in the video on the website.
