First of all, from the segments of the studs of different diameters and nuts, we make a pressure stop (as on a clamp or small vise), with which you can easily fix the angle grinder to the workbench. Then we proceed to the manufacture of the structure itself.
The main stages of work
From a piece of steel plate or strip of metal, we cut the necessary workpieces, and then weld together. Then we weld the clamping stop made earlier to the resulting design. For convenience, we use a magnetic corner.
Additionally, we reinforce the assembled metal structure with two pieces of a steel corner and weld a stiffener at the place of attachment of the pressure stop. At the next stage of work, we weld the remaining structural elements.
Then it remains only to clean the places of the welds well, and also to process the edges of the metal with the help of a flap wheel, and paint with spray paint.
