Materials and stages of work
The main structural part of this homemade product is a metal frame in which through holes are drilled along the entire length for the teeth. Two special stops are welded to the sides of the frame, and two handles are screwed on top.
Base design
The supporting frame is made of two steel corners welded together. Holes with a diameter of 10 mm were drilled in the lower part of the structure with a pitch of 50 mm. Two nuts of medium diameter are welded to the sides, into which then stops are screwed. Also, two M10 nuts are welded to the bottom of the frame, into which the handles are screwed.
Limiters and teeth
The stops located on the sides of the frame are made of M16 studs, on top of which a round steel plate is welded. The length of the stud itself is 13 cm. The teeth of the tool are made of a rod with a diameter of 24 mm.
On the end parts of the teeth, an M10 thread 12 mm long was cut. The number of teeth on the supporting frame is 10 pieces (it makes no sense to do anymore, since the construction will turn out to be bulky).
Design handles
They are made of twelfth reinforcement, at the end of which an M10 thread is cut with a length of 20 mm. On the other hand, two cuts are welded from a profile pipe of rectangular cross section.
