Homemade puller from old keys

At first glance, the design of this puller is not unusual, but it is not in vain that it uses open-end wrenches. The classic operation of this device is by using the pressure of the screw on the center of the bearing seat.

When the hooks are turned in the opposite direction, the whole parts of the open end wrenches work like stops and with a screwed nut on the central pin, the bearing can be squeezed out. It turns out that this tool works both with bearings worn on the shaft, as well as with a pressed-in outer race.

To create the tool, you will need several steel plates, bolts with nuts and a long stud. You can make a puller yourself using the video as a guide.
