Paper roses look no less attractive and spectacular than living roses. The advantage of paper flowers is that they never fade, and making them is quite simple.

In order to make a rose from corrugated paper, you will need:
  • white corrugated paper (paper can be any color depending on the desired color of the bud);
  • green corrugated paper;
  • tape (optional);
  • wire or skewer;
  • PVA glue or glue gun;
  • ruler
  • scissors.

One long strip of 3 cm wide should be cut from white corrugated paper. This strip is wound onto a wire or skewer, periodically fixed with glue. In the process of wrapping, a dense ball is formed.

Next, you need a rectangle of white paper with dimensions of 10x15 cm. Note that the stripes on crepe paper should be vertical, otherwise a beautiful wavy edge will not work. Round the upper corners, cutting off with scissors.

The long edge of the rectangle and its center must be carefully stretched with your fingers along the entire length to form a volume.

The resulting petal is screwed onto the stem on top of the ball. It is not necessary to tighten strongly, one and a half - two turns is enough.

To make the petal, you need 3 rectangles of size 10x15 from white paper. One of the rectangles folds four times, and the petals are cut with a curly edge on top. The lower part of the petals should narrow.

The petals are given volume and a wavy upper edge similar to the first large petal. The top of the petals is twisted, for this you can use a skewer, stick or scissors.

Two white rectangles are folded in half, from them petals are cut wider with a triple curly edge on top.

The final appearance of the petals is given similarly to the previous ones.

The resulting petals are evenly glued around the bud. You can simply attach them, and then tie them around with a thread. It turns out such a rose flower.

A green 10x15 rectangle is cut out of green paper, from which a sepal is made. The stripes on the paper should be vertical.

Triangles are arbitrarily cut from the top edge. Notches should be made no further than the middle of the strip. The corners of the triangles are neatly twisted.

The resulting strip, you need to wrap the flower, bending the folds on the lower part so that the sepals are in one revolution. The edges of the strip should not go much behind each other. The semen is also sealed or tied with thread on top.

The bottom edge of the resulting bud needs to be trimmed with scissors so that the bottom of the sepals looks neat and natural.

The stalk is wrapped in a long strip of green paper or teip tape to the very end.

Here is a rose in the end.

Paper roses look good both individually and in a bouquet and can serve as an original gift or be used for decoration.
