- 10-12 potato tubers;
- 200 grams of cream;
- a glass of milk;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- dessert spoon of nutmeg;
- 300 grams of hard cheese;
- 30 grams of butter;
- Spice.
Peeled and washed potatoes cut into slices, thin round slices.
Grind all the cheese with a grater, large or small, for this recipe this is not important.
Pour milk and cream into the pan, add 2/3 of the grated cheese. Put on the stove, medium heat and heat the milk-cheese mixture, stirring it from time to time. Do not bring the sauce to a boil. When the cheese is completely melted add nutmeg and spices.
Grease the bottom of the mold with oil and sprinkle with chopped garlic.
Put a layer of potatoes and pour a small amount of cheese sauce, sprinkle with pepper and salt. So lay out all the potatoes. The last layer will be the sauce.
Cover the mold with foil and put in the oven. The temperature is 200 degrees. The time is 50 minutes.
Remove the potatoes, remove the foil and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
Surprisingly, such potatoes are tasty even when cold and when reheated.
