How to fry squid in a pan deliciously

To prepare two servings of squid fried in a pan, you need:
  • 4 carcasses of frozen gutted squid, with a total weight of about 600 - 700 grams;
  • 50 ml of soy;
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper;
  • 1 tsp curry;
  • 1 tsp dry spicy herbs;
  • 30 ml of oil.

1. Thaw squids at room temperature.
2. From the inside, remove the remains of internal organs and transparent hard plates. This is a rudimentary shell. Pour squid with boiling water. This technique will remove the upper painted layer of the skin.

3. The washed squid must be marinated in a mixture of soy, pepper, curry and herbs. Marinate for half an hour.

4. It is important not to forget to incise carcasses on one side. This technique contributes to better pickling. In order not to cut through the squid, you need to place a flat wide knife inside the mantle.

5. Heat the oil in a skillet. Put squid, notched side down. Fry for 3 minutes.

6. Turn to the other side and fry for a couple of minutes.

Fried squids are good both as an independent hot dish, and as a cold appetizer.

You can serve them with a side dish. Fried squid in a pan go well with rice.
