The main task of a homemade nozzle is to make recesses in a wooden blank. To make the nozzle, you will need a piece of a wooden bar and self-tapping screws.
The first step is to cut off a piece of wooden block. Then, with the help of a crown on a tree, the author receives a cylindrical blank.
In this workpiece in the center you need to drill a through longitudinal hole. A furniture bolt with a flat head is inserted into it. Then we clamp the workpiece in the drill chuck.
The main stages of work
At the next stage, we process the workpiece with a rasp, giving it an ovoid shape. It can also be done on a lathe.
After that, the author makes a marking on the "egg" and drills holes in the workpiece. Screws will need to be screwed into the drilled holes.
At the last stage, it remains only to cut off the caps of the screws with a grinder. Now the homemade nozzle is ready to go.
We clamp it in the drill chuck, fix the drill itself, and you can begin to make wooden spoons.
