Are you annoyed by the constantly dripping faucet in the kitchen or in the bathroom? Then replace it! Installing a faucet on the sink with your own hands is so simple that paying plumbing for it simply does not make sense.

First of all, it is necessary to insert a rubber o-ring into the "groove", which is located at the base of the mixer. This “gum" is needed so that spray from the tap, accidentally falling on the surface of the sink, does not leak under it.

The process of installing the mixer on the sink

After installing the o-ring, screw in the flexible eyeliner. Please note that you need to twist it only by hand - there is no need to use any keys. Next we screw in the pin that will hold the mixer on the sink.

The stud itself is also tightened by hand, well, except that you can slightly tighten it with a screwdriver. If the length of the eyeliner from the kit is not enough, then you will have to buy another eyeliner that is suitable in size.

We pass the flexible hoses into the hole in the sink and install the mixer on top. From the back, we put on a rubber sealant and a steel bracket on the pin. Then tighten with a nut, which can be either ordinary or elongated.

At the last stage of work, we install the sink on the seat and connect the eyeliner to the water pipe. The detailed process of installing the mixer on the sink can be seen in the video on the website.
