To make home-made home "spotlights" for bright illumination during photo or video shooting indoors, you will need simple and affordable materials. The case is made of pieces of cardboard with dimensions of 10x4.5 cm.

For the manufacture of two home "spotlights" you will need eight pieces of cardboard - 4 pieces for each lamp. Instead of cardboard, you can also use trimmed plastic lining.

Also, to make home-made home "spotlights", you will need 12V LED-lamps of square shape, 5W resistors of 2.2 Ohms, stands for lamps with a flexible stand and plastic mounts in the form of clothespins.

The main stages of work

First, we mark out pieces of cardboard or plastic lining, after which we cut out trapezoidal shapes from them. Then from the obtained blanks using adhesive tape we glue homemade lampshades for two spotlights.

Cardboard lampshades are made in the form of a truncated cone, and in the center they have square holes into which LED lamps are inserted. In the joints at the corners, we additionally make "reinforcement" with hot-melt adhesive and glue with masking tape.

We paint the inside of the lampshades for the spotlights with silver paint, and on the outside we cover it with a white soft cloth, which is usually used for packing shoes and equipment.
