Small fridge magnets can be found in almost every home. Not everyone thinks that you can make them by your own design yourself. The process is simple and interesting, and all family members can be involved in the manufacture of such creative needlework.
To make fridge magnets in the form of small cars you will need:
• Powder of sculptural or building gypsum. Special sculpted gypsum can be purchased at art stores;
• A container for making gypsum, a stick or stirring spoon;
• 30-50 ml of water at room temperature;
• Molds for figures. For example, you can use small silicone molds for baking cookies, molds for making chocolate, pastry decorations or soap. In this master class, forms for making soap were taken, taken from a children's creative set for soap making;
• Gouache or acrylic paints;
• brush;
• Pieces of adhesive tape with a size of 1.5 by 2 cm (according to the number of figures).
So, you can make gypsum fridge magnets yourself as follows:
• Mix gypsum powder with water. The consistency should resemble a dough for making pancakes. It must be thoroughly mixed, brought to uniformity;

• Pour the resulting mixture into molds;
• Leave the forms for about a day at room temperature. This time is necessary for the gypsum to solidify completely.

Important: approximately 12 hours after pouring the mixture, the figures can be carefully removed from the molds and left on a paper sheet until they are completely dry;
• The dried-up figures need to be painted, and after the paint has dried - to be coated with varnish or acrylic;
• At the end, we attach a magnet to each figure. Cars are ready.

Important: the tape should only be glued to the figures after they have completely dried.
Such magnets can become not only a decoration of the refrigerator, but also a symbolic gift at any children's event.
