If you need to transfer a large number of bricks from one place to another, but there is no partner, then you can make a simple device that will facilitate the work.

For this homemade product the following materials will be required:

  • profile pipe 20x20 mm with a length of about 30 cm;
  • two bolts with M10 nuts and a long stud;
  • a small segment of a round steel bar;
  • two pieces of a corner and two rectangular plates;
  • four sections of a profile pipe 40x40 mm.

The main stages of work

In a 20x20 mm profile, we drill four holes with a pitch of 7-8 cm. Then we put on three sections of the 40x40 mm profile on the profile pipe. Two are mounted on bolts with nuts, and the third should remain free. Next, we weld two corners with plates to the movable and fixed section of the profile.

To the third section of the profile 40x40 mm a fourth is welded from above, in which a hole for the stud must be made. A round bar must be welded to the stud itself, and the bottom edge should be sharpened under the cone. A nut is welded to the corner, in which the stud will abut.

After welding, we clean the surface of the parts with an angle grinder. Then we screw in the hairpin, and from the nuts we make stroke limiters. If desired, the finished product can be painted with spray paint. That's just how easy it is to make bricks from scraps of metal. See the assembly process in the video on the site.
