Thanks to the use of this nozzle, it is possible to make a practical electric saw for use with wooden or metal workpieces from a power drill or even a conventional screwdriver. You can make a sawing nozzle with your own hands from rubbish and scrap metal, which is in the garage or workshop.

The main advantage of this homemade product is its low cost - it is a worthy alternative to jigsaw, a budget option, so to speak. Moreover, for work, you can use both whole sheets of metal or wood, and debris (the main thing is that there is a hole for mounting).

The process of manufacturing a sawing nozzle

To make this device, you will need to use a piece of steel square, a piece of a metal plate, a bearing, a round bar and a corner. Files can be used from a manual hacksaw for metal or wood, depending on the type of material being processed.

First of all, it is necessary to make a "clip" for the steel round timber - for this, we squeeze it well in a vice with a metal plate, and then cut off the excess. Next, cut two more blanks from the steel corner. After this, you can begin to manufacture the shaft of the sawing nozzle.

We cut off the rod of the desired length from the steel round bar, approximately in the center of the cutouts with the help of a grinder, grooves (they are needed to "fit" the bearing on the shaft at an angle), after which we put the bearing on and press it on both sides with segments of the "cage" that was obtained from metal plate.

After that, we make the remaining parts and assemble everything together. For a detailed process of making a homemade sawing nozzle, see the video on our website.
